Played as usually that music is used to give to the visitors the  impression of the music during some real runway as on real fashion show. With that music on and in that position sitting in the window of the coffee shop space the visitor watch people  in their usually day and act but the visitor imagine that their everyday walk as they walk on one runway on some fashion show.
